Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted on regular-priced merchandise only.

Sale, discounted, or promotional code purchases are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or refund.

Returns must be requested by contacting us within 3 days of delivery.

Approved returns must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery with the original receipt or packing slip.
All returned items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in new condition

Returned in original packaging with tags attached
⚠️ Note: We process refunds only for the original order. If you need a replacement, the original item will be refunded and you may place a new order.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will also be deducted from the refund.

For items valued over $15, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or shipping insurance.

We do not guarantee that we will receive returned items without tracking.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or denial of the refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Missing or Delayed Refunds
If you have not received your refund after receiving approval:
