All Orders are shipped from Oklahoma.

Shipping is FREE within the USA. Envios GRATIS entre USA.

All orders placed between Friday (10am) - Sunday , wont get shipped until next business day. We do not ship on Holidays. 

After order is placed, ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS

Tracking info will be emailed to customer. PLEASE, check "junk folder" for email.

Please make sure you have listed your correct shipping address before submitting your payment.  We are not responsible for items left on customers porch and perhaps have been stolen or lost and will not refund or replace items. We strongly recommend customer get order delivered to address where someone will be there physically to receive package.

**IF THERE IS ANY ISSUES WITH PACKAGE THAT SAYS "DELIVERED" AND ADDRESS IS CORRECT , PLEASE CONTACT THE CARRIER FOR MORE INFORMATION ASAP , WE AS "CHARROS ORIGINAL" DO NOT GET ADDITIONAL INFORMATION OR GET ACCESS TO OTHER DETAILS. WE ONLY SEE WHAT THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE OF CARRIER REFLECTS ON TRACKING.**

We are not responsible for packages that show as delivered that are left outside your door, with a concierge or neighbor, or any other receiving party. We are also not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses, so please be sure to check your shipping address before submitting your order.

Missing/Wrong Shipping Address?

We are not responsible for items sent to old or incorrect addresses and will not refund or replace items ordered if lost. If you are paying through Paypal, be sure that you have updated your shipping address.

Returns

(We Only Do Refunds For Original Order , No Exchange)

If replacement item is needed, we will refund original order and customer will need to place new order for item.

All returns will have a 10% restocking fee. Any order placed with a discount code, do not qualify for return. Customer must email us within 3 days of arrival of merchandise if return is desired.

We allow all merchandise, with original receipt or packing slip, to be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery date.  All items must be unworn, unwashed and in new condition to be eligible for a refund.
