Free Shipping: Orders over $99 ship free.

Flat Rate Shipping: A flat fee of $7.99 applies to all orders under $99.
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping Address & Delivery Guidelines

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address before completing checkout. If an incorrect address is submitted, the order must be canceled and re-placed with the correct details.

To reduce risk of theft or misdelivery, we strongly recommend providing a shipping address where someone is physically available to receive the package.
Order Processing & Tracking

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days or sooner after purchase.

Tracking details will be emailed to the address provided at checkout.

Responsibility After Shipment
Once an order leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Carrier Delays: We are not liable for delays once the package is in transit.

Lost or Damaged Packages: Claims for loss or damage must be filed directly with the carrier.

Packages Marked as Delivered: If tracking shows an item as delivered but it is not received, the customer must contact the carrier or local post office. We cannot issue refunds or replacements in these situations.

Unattended Deliveries: If a package is left on a porch, mailbox, or doorstep and is lost or stolen, we are not responsible for replacement or reimbursement.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is:

Refused by the recipient,

Returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or

Marked undeliverable for any reason (including lack of recipient availability for signature on high-value orders),
We reserve the right to:

Retain 10% of the original order total to cover shipping and handling, and

Require payment of any additional costs for return or reshipment.
High-Value Orders
For orders of high value, we may:

Request additional verification prior to processing, and/or
-
Require Adult Signature Confirmation upon delivery.
